Please join us on Monday, February 3rd at 6:30 pm, at the Manchester Country Club, 305 South Main Street Manchester, for our first wine tasting of the new year. This tasting welcomes in the California wines of Sonoma's Dry Creek Vineyards. On hand to lead the tasting will be Kurt Spann, Marketing Director for the winery. Founded in 1972, Owner David Stare purchased a 70 acre, run down prune farm and created Dry Creek Vineyards. Originally inspired by the wines of France's Loire Valley, David Stare's original focus was on expressively well-made Sauvignon Blanc and Chenin Blanc. He also realized the region's potential for Cabernet Sauvignon and Zinfandel. Today, Stare's daughter Kim Stare Wallace runs Dry Creek winery. We look forward to seeing you that evening.

Tentative tasting list is as follows:

Dry Creek Vineyards Chenin Blanc $13.99

Dry Creek Vineyards Fume Blanc $13.99

Dry Creek Vineyards Sauvignon Blanc $16.99

Dry Creek Vineyards Zinfandel $21.99

Dry Creek Vineyards Merlot $25.99

Dry Creek Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon $25.99
