CONNECTICUT: we offer FREE in-state shipping with a minimum order of $200.00 and maximum 1 package. If you would like to make arrangements please call us at 860-649-4750 or contact us via our website. Product availability and shipping arrangements will be confirmed at the time of checkout.
Manchester Wine and Liquors ships to all states not sanctioned by restrictive laws. We do not ship internationally, to PO Boxes or APO addresses. We will only ship to the payment credit card billing address - if possible, arrnagements can be made to ship to a different address. States' law require that you be at least 21 years of age to purchase and receive alcohol products. We reserve the right to refuse to sell or ship to anyone we deem in violation of these laws. An adult signature is required on delivery and Fedex may ask for identification. We use Fedex as our shipping provider. Delivery times are between 2-5 days after processing the order depending on location.
The cart will calculate the rate based on the weight of the contents and the method selected for shipment. The rate for each selection will be reflected in the shopping cart and will update as items are added and updated. Shipping costs are subject to change after the order is placed and you will be notified before the order is processed. Orders placed after 12:00pm Friday will not be shipped until Monday. You will be notified by email that we received your order. We do everything possible to process orders within 24 hours. If we are unable to process the order in that time for any reason, you will be notified via email. When the order is completed and ready for shipment, we will charge your credit card.
All sales through our website are final unless the merchandise is damaged upon arrival or you receive something other than what you ordered. After three attempts to make the delivery, the merchandise is returned to us. In the event that you are unable to receive your order and it is returned, we will fully refund the merchandise but not the cost of shipping. If you would like the order to be shipped again but to a different address, we will resend the order but you will be responsible for the cost of shipping. We are not responsible for errors made in the address information at checkout.
Our on-line ordering system accepts Mastercard, Visa and Discover and is secured by a padlock, or key icon located at the bottom of your browser.
